MPINETS Launches New Website For HALO For Families

3/3/2010 – MPINETS is proud to launch the new website for HALO For Families, Inc., which is a public health organization where the ultimate goal is to provide parents and caregivers with relevant and effective high quality tools to increase the confidence necessary to nurture, teach, and model healthy physical, mental, and social behaviors in our nation's most precious commodity . . . children.

The scalable custom website designed for Halo For Families was built using WordPress as a content management system and includes:

A custom web template designed to match their corporate identity
A custom storefront integrated with PayPal to allow customers to purchase materials online

COGIC SoCal 2nd Jurisdiction

In the year of 1914, the Church of God in Christ was established in California. Overseer E. R. Driver was appointed the First Overseer by Bishop Charles Mason, the founder of the Church of God in Christ. He evangelized and traveled extensively encouraging churches to grow and to witness to sinners.

At the demise of Bishop J. A. Blake in November of 1984, the General Board of the National Church, lead by Presiding Bishop J. O. Patterson, deemed it appropriate, and in the will of God, to allow the formation of another Jurisdiction within Southern California. The General Board selected Superintendent George Dallas McKinney, Ph.D. to be the new Bishop, and thus the Southern California Second Jurisdiction was commissioned.

COGIC Virginia First Jurisdiction

The Historic First Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ was founded in 1914 after Dad Mason came to Virginia in 1914 and the First Church of God in Christ was founded in the Chuckatuck Section of Suffolk, Virginia. Many souls were sanctified (cleansed from sin) and baptized with the Holy Ghost.
